Gemma

Hello friends. We adopted Gemma, now known as Dolly, one month ago. Dolly has been a real joy to our family and she fits in perfectly. She came to us at a perfect time as we had just lost our dog, Julie, to Lymphoma. Our other dog, Bailey, is 11 years old and she loves Dolly, most of the time. Dolly is full of energy and Bailey has become more active and playful with her. Dolly loves her car rides, walks and all the kids that are always at our home. We will be taking her camping soon and I know she will love it. We are so pleased with our experience with A Second Chance Rescue, we have told our friends about it and I still view the site to look at all the dogs. Thank you so much for everything. Sienna

Just wanted to let you know that Sienna, now called Cassie, is doing wonderfully. She graduated from Puppy School at The Animal House of Distinction last week, and is already 20 lbs. She loves playing with my 5 year-old daughter, and even ventures onto the pool steps every once in a while. She is s very sweet and smart dog. The adoption process was handled very well -- I have no complaints whatsoever! Thank you for giving me a beautiful gift. Lisa Lisa V. Calberg, MA

Bandit

Hi there, formally Bandit is now named Max which he seems to like this name and answers to it well. Other than that we found a great Vet (River bridge Animal Hospital). And now he has all his shots and is in great shape. He is a very lovable puppy and loves to snuggle like no other and we love that, he was 14 lbs then and 22 now. Delray

Hi Kim, It's me Delray.... my new name is Molly, (it was going to be Star, but I look more like a Molly) I thought I'd send you a picture so you could remember me and thank you for my new family. I'm also sending you a picture of Storm and Chance. I'm doing great! My new Mommy takes good care of me, I have my own room but am allowed to explore the rest of the house when she's home. Storm the other kitty and Chance the dog are really nice, they don't bother me one bit. Hopefully we'll all be playing and sleeping in our parent's room together really soon. Mom says I have a skin problem so she's taking me to the vet on Thursday to have me checked out and get any medicine I might need. Daddy is crazy about me and sleeps in my room to keep me company at night. Nutmeg

Hi! I am sorry that I haven't written sooner. We are so happy with the new additions to our family! Yes we adopted 2 puppies (Poppy and Nutmeg) from the event at Bedners in January. I do have many more recent photos, but I don't seem to find enough time anymore. We are finally getting a routine with potty, play time and mealtime. We wouldn't trade them for the world!
