We believe Angel is Mercy’s mother.  She was rescued from Animal Care & Control on Jan. 12, 2010.  Mercy is very sweet and enjoys attention.  After playing with her toys, she curls up and takes a nap.  She is housebroken, but we are working on the basic commands, crate training and manners so she will be ready for her new forever home.  Mercy has a medium-long “rough” coat with coloring that is cream and black like that of a Keeshond.  She does have the “purple” tongue that is associated with Chows, but Mercy is the size of a Shiba Inu and is not expected to get any larger.
