The Rescue Journal is a quarterly publication, launched by A Second Chance Puppies and Kittens Rescue as means of education and a resource tool for our immediate community. The magazine which is written, edited, and distributed entirely by volunteers, promotes adoption, low cost veterinary services, and other services throughout Palm Beach County.

Articles pertaining animals and rescue are welcome, with the understanding the the Editor in Chief has the sole discretion to accept or decline any articles submitted and that articles and photos submitted become the property of A Second Chance Puppies and Kittens Rescue.
