Ivy

Dear Kathy: Thank you for bringing Ivy to us. My husband and I have both really bonded with her and she is now a member of the family. She has also been coming to work with me once a week....for a change of scenery. We are both newcomers to having a dog but have been learning a lot and hopefully doing a good job on grooming, feeding, walks, playtime etc. But we both love her and feel she loves us too. She obviously came from a loving first owner and we would really like it if she could know that Ivy has found a good home. Thank you. Diana

Hello, I recently adopted Carmen from you guys and am just following up per your request. She is a very excited puppy and loves to give kisses. She enjoys playing and running a lot and actually isn't too bad with chewing. My main problem is she likes to poop in her crate and smear it all over the place. It wears down my patience a bit sometimes but I think she is warming up to the baths lol. I have faith she will get it eventually since she does also go to the bathroom outside. She is adjsting well,Erin (our daughter) loves her so much she lays in her doggie bed next to Jamie and gives her hugs. She also hand feeds her, it is cute. She still is a little shy but each day we see improvement. Thank you Kevin and Melissa McLaughlin --

Betty Bean

Hi Kathy. Nice to here from you.Betty Bean is now aka Freckles Our 11 year old son named her a soon as he saw her in petco....She is doing great in her new home,she has a friend named cinnamon who is our 4year puggle.They get along wonderful. We have been house training her.She is doing good but we decided to enroll her in obedience school at pet smart.She has a lot of energy and a huge yard to release it,but she needs to learn the basic words like sit,down,just some commands..We really love her to death she is just a warm loving lil girl..I have a lot of pics i will mail them to second chance or send me another address and i will send them.maybe one day soon stop at petco to say hello..She also loves going in car with us.. Neela

We adopted Neela last Sept. I wanted to send pictures of her to her foster mom who sent us a happy birthday card for Neela back in June….I have not had time to sit down and I have to be honest….lost her e-mail address. If I remember correctly her name was Sam Neela will be 15 months old soon and loves to play!!!!She is just a big babyJ She is now wayyyyy over 70 pounds which is expected for her breed’s. Vet is very happy with her. She is territorial of her backyard, pigeons and black birds are not allowed to hang out. Mr. cardinal and his family are ok though…. She loooves her “mommy” (i.e. Lacey our 10 yr old Am.Bull/Staff…. ) and adores to be around the children, she cannot get enough of them. Please forward the pictures to Sam for us. We hope she found a good home for Neela’s siblings! John and Delphine
