Success Stories

As an all volunteer foster-based rescue group, successful adoption stories are the only compensation we seek! Our Foster Caretakers, who spend weeks or months loving the animals in their care, always want to know how their “babies” are doing once they have found their forever homes. We hope that the adoption of a pet is not the end of a process but the beginning of a relationship between A Second Chance Puppies and Kittens Rescue and our adoptive families. Spy

My new kitten: Spy/Nikita, is doing great, she is without a doubt the easiest and most flexible animal ever. She gets along great with my dogs, and her and my Rat Terrier play together every day. I am so lucky to have her. margee

Peaches

Hi Kathy, So far everything is going well. Peaches gets along with our other dog. Also she is sleeping through the night. She had her physical and shots and everything seems to be fine. We bring her to the doctor again in another 10 days for her next set of shots. Take care, Christine

Omi

We adopted Omi on Oct.30th so we named her Kandee. She has been so much fun and has given us complete joy. Her sister, Daisy loves to run and play with her. She is already getting bigger! Thank you to her foster mom for taking such good care of her. We just love Kandee....thank you!

Belle

Hello. Belle is probably the most incredible cat I have ever had. She fits in perfectly with our family and is loved by everyone. It only took her a few days to get comfortable with her new home and to find her place within it. She sleeps with me every night and even has her own favorite spot on the family couch. I couldn't imagine her not being here with us. Thank you.
