Abou

Hello Lisa, Thought I would send you a picture of Logan (formerly Abou) and his sister, Aurora. They are doing great, what a pair. We have so much fun with them. They love Dog Days and Nights for play days, the beach, and now swimming in our pool. Logan loves the water more than Aurora. She does not like getting her paws wet so much!! Wasabi

Hi Lisa, I wanted to let you know that Wasabi is doing really good. He had his second visit with Dr Fox and he is about 7 pounds! He is so cute and sweet. We love him so much and we think he feels the same about us! He loves to be with us all the time, which sometimes is hard because he cries when we leave him or even when I am in the shower he sits outside the shower door waiting for me and whimpers. He is very sociable with other people and animals. He loves being outside in the sun and lays on his back like he is sunbathing. The neighbors all adore him and cannot get enough of him. We have people offer to watch him if we ever need a babysitter. I am reluctant to leave him with anyone else because I dont think I trust anyone to look out for him the way we do. He has a funny little personality and we feel so lucky to have him. We are putting pictures together and will send them to you very soon. We are still potty training and he is improving but we have a ways to go. He sleeps with us and lets us know in the morning he wants to go out but we still have accidents in the house. He also naps alot which is cute because he looks at us and cries when he is sleepy and wants to be held and then falls right to sleep when we pick him up. Princess

Formerly known as Princess, her name now is Kaia. She is doing great and getting tons of love from everyone who meets her! She's such a happy, playful puppy and getting big quick - at only 4 months old she is already 26 pounds! She loves the beach, running in the yard, and she picked up on how to play fetch pretty easily. Kaia is amazing with my 3 year old brother and the other the dogs around the house. She has a big personality and is ready to share it with everyone around. We love her so much! Thank you so much for all of your help. A Second Chance Rescue is the best! Atreyu

Sorry Kathy - I have been extremely remiss about keeping up with my emails. I guess it has now been close to 5 mos since we adopted Atreyu. He is such a great puppy and gets a lot of attention from everyone who meets him. My 86 year old mother has been visiting with us since late November and they love to sit outside together and enjoy our great weather. My older dog JJ has gotten a bit of pep back in her step as Atreyu keeps her young and always wants to play. He has gotten so big you probably wouldn't recognize him. My sons (20 and 18) just came back from a visit to the dog park where he was a bit timid with the other dogs, but he listens well and is a quick learner.
