Success Stories

As an all volunteer foster-based rescue group, successful adoption stories are the only compensation we seek! Our Foster Caretakers, who spend weeks or months loving the animals in their care, always want to know how their “babies” are doing once they have found their forever homes. We hope that the adoption of a pet is not the end of a process but the beginning of a relationship between A Second Chance Puppies and Kittens Rescue and our adoptive families. Iggy

HI Kathy, Iggy is doing great and already spoiled. He is a very smart puppy and has had no problems with our schedule. My son and him are getting along great. I am attaching a picture of Iggy. We are very happy with him and he is such a happy pup. We will send you updated pictures of him every few months.

Trixie

We changed her name to Gabby because she is such a talker..very vocal. :) Gabby is doing GREAT! She loves her new best friends Gus and G.G... and she is such a smart and loving pup. She had a hard time in the beginning because she had quite the cough after her first couple of days here. She started to feel much better after her antibiotics and breathing treatments. She's getting quite plump due to her big appetite. :) Hope you enjoy the pics..Thank you so much for my Mini-Saint Bernard..we all love her so much.

Tyson

Hi, Tyson is doing great. He has quadrupled in size though. Initially, he had an agression problem, I think because he was so much younger than the other puppies. But now he's very protective of them (because now he's three times bigger than the other pups :)) I don't have any recent pics but I'll send what I have.

Hello I changed his name to Dolce, and he's doing great... He's so loving and everyone loves him... He's a wonderful addition to my family and we thank you for allowing us to have him.

Echo

Our family loves Echo. She fits in the family perfect. My daughter however, changed her name to Hannah. She is such a good puppy and so good with the kids. Thank you for doing what you do for the animals. I make sure to tell people to check out your website rather than go to a pet store. Thanks again.
