Description: Winston is a 5 year old Shih Tzu who suffers from Severe Separation Anxiety and scratched Corneas that will require Cyclosporin Eye drops twice a day for the rest of his life. His Foster Mom who loves and cares about him very much would like for him to find a forever home with an Adult or Adult Couple that are home all day and have the time to nurture him through his separation anxiety and give him all the TLC that he so deserves. He is such a sweet, smart puppy that just wants to be someones lap puppy and constant shadow.
